These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of joincompassclub.com and your Compass Club membership. By booking a call or purchasing a membership, you agree to these Terms.
1. What Compass Club is
Compass Club is a fitness accountability and coaching membership. Membership includes a monthly one-on-one Zoom coaching call, weekly check-ins, a personal progress tracker, messaging support (replies within 24 hours), and monthly member fitness challenges. Features may change over time.
2. Not medical, mental health, or financial advice
Compass Club provides general coaching and accountability only. We are not doctors, therapists, dietitians, or financial advisors, and nothing we share is medical, psychological, nutritional, legal, or financial advice. Consult a qualified professional before starting any new exercise, diet, or health program. You are responsible for your own decisions and results.
3. Intro calls
Intro calls are free and are for getting to know each other and deciding if Compass Club is a good fit. Please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours in advance if you cannot attend.
4. Membership, billing, and cancellation
Membership is billed at $120 per month (or the price shown at checkout) as a recurring subscription through our payment processor, Stripe. Your card will be charged automatically each month until you cancel. You may cancel at any time by contacting us; cancellation stops future charges and your membership remains active through the end of the current billing period. Payments already made are non-refundable except where required by law or at our discretion.
5. Price changes
We may change membership pricing in the future. We will notify you in advance, and the new price will apply starting with your next billing period after the notice.
6. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, keep your scheduled check-ins or give reasonable notice if you cannot attend, and treat our team and other members with respect. We may suspend or end a membership for abusive or inappropriate behavior.
7. Communications
By booking or joining, you agree to receive emails related to your appointments and membership. Text messages are sent only if you opt in; reply STOP to opt out at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Compass Club is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, and our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date above shows when they were last updated. Continuing your membership after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon.
