When you book a call or become a member, we collect the information you give us: your name, email address, phone number, and any notes you share about your goals. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your full card number. We also collect basic website usage data (such as pages visited and device type) through cookies and similar tools, including advertising pixels such as the Meta Pixel.
2. How we use your information
We use your information to schedule and host your calls, provide your membership, process payments, send appointment confirmations and reminders, respond to your questions, improve our services, and measure the performance of our advertising.
3. Text messages
If you opt in, we may send you text messages about your appointments and membership, and, if you separately agree, marketing messages. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help. We do not sell or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in consent with third parties for their marketing purposes.
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run Compass Club, such as our CRM and scheduling platform, Zoom, Stripe, and email and SMS providers, and only as needed to provide our services, or when required by law.
5. Data retention and security
We keep your information only as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal obligations, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
6. Your choices
You can unsubscribe from emails using the link in any email, reply STOP to texts, and contact us to access, correct, or delete your personal information.
7. Children
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
